SpringVille Residence at Bandar Putra Permai,Taman Equine

In one of the afternoon, a friend of mine from KL called me there is a new launch and good for investment. The project name is called Springville Residence by Global Oriental Berhad. The location is within the Bandar Putra Permai Taman Equine. (Click for Google Map)

I make a trip down to Kuala Lumpur during their soft launch. I took bus from Penang and reach Puduraya. From Kota Raya, I took Rapid Bus to the Developer office at Taman Equine. The developer office is just beside the Mac Donald. The whole journey from Kota Raya till last stop at Bandar Putra Permai took 1 hour. It was a smooth ride without congestions.

In year 2006, the total residential population in Seri Kembangan within the 15 minuts driving isoline is approximatelyberjaya 235,000 people. By year 2010, the potential trade area, including Putrajaya and Cyberjaya ,would boost a residential population totaling to approximately 700,000 people. Within the proximity, there are comprehensive education and medical hub, entertainment, recreation and commercial facilities.

 

Taman Equine is at strategic location near to Putrajaya and KLIA which is easily accessible through 6 highways.

9.Villa Avenue achieve 95% moved in. 156 units Completed in 2012. The Semi D is cost $1.1 million

10.Villa Height 95% moved. 156 units Completed in 2015. It is priced at $1.7 million per Semi D

11.Sunway Eastwood 95% moved in. 250 units will be completed in 2015. It is priced at $1.7 million.

 

With above all the infrastructure ready, the condo should be able to fetch $700/sqft. The entry price is $500/sqft.
